Halo Wars is going to be the first RTS (Real-Time Strategy) game based in the Halo universe. Ensemble Studios the makers of Age of Empires is currently working on the project. As of yet, no expected release date has been announced, but a video of the demo level is available on Xbox Live Marketplace detailing many features. From what this video shows the game is coming along very nicely.
